VILLAGE DOLISHTE

We have the pleasure to introduce you this project for the new-building holiday VILLAGE DOLISHTE.
LOCATION
VILLAGE DOLISHTE is situated on an ancient Roman road leading from Marcionopolis (Devnia) to Balchik, in a picturesque river valley of the Dolishtre River and next to the Natural Reserve ‘Dolishte’.

DESCRIPTION
The project includes 24 single family houses desingned in Bulgarian National Revival style. They are 4 different types of design of the houses.
Each house is situated on its own parcel of land. The houses have monolythic construction, with two levels with total floorage 170 sq.m. each.
The first level of the houses consists living room, dining-room, kitchen, bathroom/toilette and laundry-room .
On the second level are situated three bedrooms and bathroom/toilette.

PRICE
The final single price of completely finished and furnished (but not equipped) house, according to the project is 115 000 Euros without swimming pool and 120 000 Euros with swimming pool.
